Kanye West signature was forged in $900k scam, that let to many believing he as billed to perform at Philipp Plein’s New York Fashion Week.
There were rumours earlier this week that Ye was to perform at the event, before it was shut down by his wife Kim Kardashian on Twitter.
TMZ is now reporting that Kanye West himself was never contracted for the performance at all; instead, according to their sources, a G.O.O.D. Music associate (and former friend of Kanye’s) misrepresented himself to Plein as Kanye’s rep.
He allegedly negotiated a nearly million dollar contract for Kanye’s performance, including a $900,000 advance, which, according to TMZ, Plein wired to an account associated with the scammer.
He also allegedly forged Kanye’s signature in order to make this hefty transaction happen.
The gossip site also obtained a picture of the contract with Kanye’s forged signature on it and with that of Plein. See the photo below;
They said the money has apparently been cleared out of the account it was sent to by Plein in order to confirm Kanye as the act at his show.
After debuting the project at a live listening session in Wyoming Thursday night, Kanye West's 8th studio album Ye has been made available to stream on Spotify, Apple Music, and Tidal. As promised, the project is 7 tracks long.
It features guest appearances from Kid Cudi, Ty Dolla $ign, Frank Ocean, Nicki Minaj, 070 Shake, and more. It contains references to the #MeToo movement, Russell Simmons, Stormy Daniels, Wiz Khalifa, and others. The album's cover features the message: "I hate being Bi-Polar. It’s awesome."
The album comes a week after Pusha T's DAYTONA. It is the second of five planned 7-track projects produced entirely by Kanye West. In the coming weeks, a collaborative project from Kanye West and Kid Cudi, as well as albums from Nasand GOOD Music's Teyana Taylor will also be released.
The outdoor listening party featured an introduction from Chris Rock, and was attended by GOOD Music artists including Kid Cudi, Big Sean, Teyana Taylor, Desiigner, Pusha T, 070 Shake, as well as Kim Kardashian, Nas, Tim Westwood, and actor Jonah Hill.
Earlier this year, Kanye released the tracks "Lift Yourself" and "Ye Vs. The People." Neither of the pre-release singles appear on the Ye project.

Kanye West is the most recent celebrity to be boycotted for recent controversy. His recent comments on slavery sounding "like a choice" was met with outrage, to say the least. People can argue that he has the right to free speech and his opinion, however, he was pretty much stating false information on a major platform.
Now, people are taking their boycott to a much more serious degree as they want Adidas to drop Kanye West and Yeezy entirely.
Kanye West's Yeezy brand is one of the most successful clothing brands out right now but his personality is deterring people from even wanting to buy it. A new petition on Care2 is urging Adidas to drop Kanye West and Yeezy. 'Ye's Yeezy brand was initially done as a collaboration with Nike before he went to Adidas for a much more promising partnership.
"While Kanye can live safely in his multi-million dollar castle, the rest of black America is continually marginalized and subject to unjust laws and treatment. Some even die because this behavior is so ingrained in our society,"
The petition says.
"Kanye West has a right to free speech, and he has the right to spout lies and misinformation and misplaced opinions — but we as consumers have the right to fight back against this type of dangerous propaganda."
At this point, Adidas has yet to make any statement towards Kanye West's comments on slavery or the petition but we'll keep you updated.
Yeezy Season is officially here. The rapper's been working on his follow up to 2016's The Life Of Pablo for a minute now and it looks like we'll finally be getting it in the near future. Kanye's been active on Twitter as of lately as well, dropping philosophical gems and keeping fans up to date on his creative process.
While we've been waiting to hear what Kanye's been up to, it looks like the wait will be worth it as he's revealed the release date for his forthcoming album
Kanye West took to Twitter to reveal that his next album will be dropping on June 1st and will only consist of seven songs. While it does seem short, it'll likely be a dense project.
In addition, he'll also be releasing his collaboration project with Kid Cudi only a week later on June 8th. As of now, that's all the information he's provided thusfar.
However, he's been seen in the studio with the likes of Travis Scott, King Louie and many more names in Wyoming so it's safe to say we'll atleast be seeing them in the credits.
Kanye West and Kid Cudi's collaboration project will be called, "Kids See Ghost." Between the two Kanye projects and Drake's album, June's going to be a great month for hip hop.
Kanye West's Instagram comeback died before it could truly blossom. It would appear the mysterious auteur was hit with a sudden urge to honor some of popular culture's most iconic couples, spending the better part of an afternoon lining his feed with throwback pictures.
While some like Michelle and Barack Obama have stood the test of time, many of his chosen couples have long since broken up. To be honest, we can sling theories for days. Either way, whatever message he may or may not have been sending is forever lost, as Kanye West has once again deleted his Instagram page.
What led the man to break his social media hiatus for such a brief, yet specific posting spree? Are Eldritch forces at work? Or was he simply seized by a genuine desire to spread Valentine's Day cheer. I suppose we will never know.
Wow!! Seems like North and Saint have a new little sister! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are the parents to a newborn baby girl, who was born through a surrogate.
The 37-year-old reality star announced the news on her website kimkardashianwest.com, where she wrote:
Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West are willing to have a third child, so they have made a deal with a surrogate so as to have a child.
According to our source, the couple decided to hire a surrogate because of kim’s reported condition, placenta accreta -which occurs when the placenta attaches too deep in the uterine wall but it does not penetrate the uterine muscle.
The couple are to pay $45,000 in increments of $4,500 each month for 10 months with a bonus of $5,000 for each possible multiple child, TMZ stated.
The agreement also stipulates that the surrogate should maintain a healthy lifestyle which includes abstaining from smoking, drinking and the use of drugs. The surrogate is also to abstain from sex for 3 weeks following conception among other conditions.
The agreement places all liabilities of birth abnormalities or defects on Kim and Kanye.
They are also to pay a deposit of $68,850 to the surrogate agency.

Now that’s bad! According to TMZ, even Kanye West cannot stand his favorite President Trump as he deletes his tweets that showed him supporting the new president against the popular vote.
In December, the day he met with Trump in NYC, he wrote,
“I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change.”
Today he tweeted:
“I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change.”
Kanye also wrote about issues on which he felt he could influence Trump, writing, “These issues include bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculum’s, and violence in Chicago”
We don’t know what the future (and by this, we mean tomorrow on twitter) holds but for now, Kanye West is officially not with Trump!
