Lets recall that Chief Victor Umeh of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) was arrested on thursday at his Aguluzigbo country home in Anambra State and later taken to Abuja for questioning on his alleged involvement and sponsorship of the pro-Biafra group, Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Anyway, he has been released by the Department of State Services (DSS) today. Chief Jerry Obasi, the party's Deputy Secretary confirmed his release and said Umeh's arrest was politically motivated.
