The official flag off of the Governor Willie Obiano second term bid will hold on Monday October 2nd 2017
The Chairman Of the Willie Obiano Re-election Committee, Chief Victor Umeh announced this in a press briefing holding in Awka.
He used the occasion to call on the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC and security agencies to ensure a free and fair polls come November 18th.
