Arise Walk for Life is another RCCG City of David Parish Initiative. It is a 5000 man charity walk for all aimed at promoting healthy living and taking preventive measures.
Men, Women, Children and able-bodied young adults are encouraged to join in the walk this year which will be taking place on the 14th of October. The take-off routes are Bonny Camp, Ahmadu Bello way, Ajose Adeogun and city of David.
The take-off point is at Muri Okunola park and takes off is by 7 am. There will be dancing, music and exercise, there will also be free medical screening and disease prevention talk. The Lagos cycling club will be present at the event.
The annual Arise women conference for 2017 will hold on the 28th of October as well.
