A quick and easy dessert recipe already published that I used to go to participate in quick and easy dessert recipe organized by Cécil.
 
This is a quick dessert recipe and easy to make simple cake that wins every time all the votes and the decoration can be infinitely customizable!

For a silicone cake pan 24 cm in diameter.


  • Preparation time: 30 minutes.
  • Cooking time: 20 minutes.
  • It is best to do the day before!

For the chocolate fondant cake
  • 200g cooking chocolate
  • 80g butter
  • 20cl liquid cream
  • 50g flour
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 80g sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  • Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie (or microwave).
  • Smooth out the mixture and add the egg yolks, the cream, sugar, almond powder and finally the flour mixture and yeast screened.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff, not too firm before gently fold in preparation.
  • Pour into your mold (buttered and floured if it is not silicone) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Let cool completely.
For the white chocolate mascarpone mousse:
  • 20cl of full cream
  • 100g Mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract liquid
  • 100g white chocolate pastry
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • Place the cream, the bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes. Gently melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and mix quickly with mascarpone and vanilla ..
  • Mount the whipped cream and gently fold the mascarpone to lighten.
mounting:
  • Cut chocolate cake into two equal disks.
  • Place a disc on your platter and pour the foam top, spread a little spatula and arrange the raspberries regularly.
  • Cover with the second disc.
For the chocolate icing:
  • 10cl of full cream
  • 100g of chocolate
  • 20g butter
  • Melt in microwave the chocolate with the cream. Smooth out the mixture and add shine to the piece of butter.
  • Mix well before pour over cake.
  • Let take the icing for a few minutes then decorate with small chocolate stars and silver pearls.
