To all those looking for what to prepare this last saturday of the month, why not try this Relish Gelicacy? Rice Vegetable Salad - A healthy  combination of crunchy salad with soft rice.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Soaking Time: 8 hours
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

  • Ingredients
  1. 3 cup cooked basmati rice
  2. 1 cup boiled rajma
  3. 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  4. 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
  5. 1 cup finely chopped spring onions
  6. 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
  7. 1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage
  8. 2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
  9. 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  11. 2 teaspoon oregano
  12. 2 teaspoon olive oil
  13. Salt to taste
  •  Method Of Preparation
Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients except rice and mix it well. Add rice and mix it again.
Serve immediately.
