combination of crunchy salad with soft rice.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Soaking Time: 8 hours
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4
- 3 cup cooked basmati rice
- 1 cup boiled rajma
- 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1 cup finely chopped spring onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Method Of Preparation
Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients except rice and mix it
well. Add rice and mix it again.
Serve immediately.
