Head coach Sunday Oliseh and his captain, Vincent Enyeama
have had some squabble at the Belgium camp of the Eagles, where the players are currently preparing for international friendlies against DR Congo and Cameroon in the coming days, which resulted in the goalkeeper being ordered out of
camp for arriving late.
Reports has it that the goalkeeper who recently buried his
mother, had arrived camp but Coach Oliseh asked him to leave. Things got a bit messy and the Super Eagles coach had to call the security details to eject the Lille FC goalkeeper out of the team’s hotel. Enyeama reportedly had asked to be given a chance to explain first before being thrown
out, but the coach refused to bulge.
However, with the quick intervention of the NFF, the issue
was quickly resolved and the goalkeeper remained in camp ahead of tomorrow’s
game against Congo DR.
