Concoction Rice: This era of tomato scarcity takes us right back to our university days when concoction rice was just a meal but a quick and affordable means of survival.

Pasta: When its spaghetti or marcaroni with satchet tomato and grounded pepper, onions, oil, spice and seasoning and fish or egg or meat, you have made yourself a plate of this delicious looking meal. Let tomato go and sleep jor.
