The is the moment people were caught on camera scooping fish when the truck carrying them overturned. This reportedly happened on Tuesday morning, July 12. The truck was said to be filled with fish when it overturned on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway in India.
However, instead of helping, people who witnessed the event started packing the fish into their own bags.
