1. The Agulu Lake Hotel under the management of Golden Tulip Hotels represents an SPV involving the Golden Tulip Group and the Anambra State Government.
2. It marks the first entry of a multinational hotel management group into Anambra State

4. The Golden Tulip Hotels will help to discover our tourism treasures
5. Golden Tulip shall furnish the completed hotel building to its set standard
6. Golden Tulip shall manage the hotel for a period of 10 years renewal after 5 years (as you can see, its not been sold out to them)
7. Anambra State Government has paid 100% of the money required to furnish the hotel
8. 5% of the after tax profit shall be dedicated to the host community of Agulu
