OCHA Brigade Commandant, Chief Kenneth Okonkwo is dead, as was confirmed early yesterday morning. The course of his death still remain sketchy as we wait on the command to give a public statement.
Chief kenneth Okonkwo until his death was a dedicated leader who led the command faithfully.
