Barcelona’s new boy, Ousmane Dembele, has joined the likes of Neymar, Paul Pogba, Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo, as one of the most expensive players.
The France winger was officially presented by the La Liga club on Monday, agreeing a five-year deal for a fee of £96.8 million plus add-ons.
Dembele has been brought in by the Catalans, as replacement for Neymar, who departed to Paris Saint-Germain in a world-record 200.6m deal two weeks ago.
The 20-year-old will wear Neymar’s number 11 shirt and becomes Barca’s fifth signing of the summer, along with the arrivals of Marlon Santos, Gerard Deulofeu, Nelson Semedo and Paulinho.
