Gov Obiano accompanied by the National Chairman of APGA, Ozonkpu Dr Victor Ikechukwu Oye and Prof Chukwuma Soludo among many other dignitaries moments ago were at the palace of the Traditional Ruler of Umunya, Igwe Onyekwuluje, the Nya of Nya for his annual "Iri Ji" festival.
The good people of Umunya, men and women, were overjoyed to receive the working governor who has done a lot of works in the community including civic centre, roads and a connecting bridge with another bridge and many other roads currently under construction.
