To start living mindfully, tear your eyes away from cellphones and start noticing a life around you. Seize the day

Mindful listening

Close your eyes and notice a noise of the wind, rustle of leaves and voices of other people. Mindful breathing
It may sound ridiculous, but try to breathe not in a way you always do. Practice conscious breathing. The slower and deeper you take your breath, the longer you live. Deep and mindful breathing is the perfect secret of beauty, youth and good mood and conscious mind. Try to focus on your breathing, by making full breath. Stop each ten minutes of work to breathe deeply for one minute. Breath in and out through your breast and belly for ten seconds before you want to say something. Work ten minutes in your habitual pace and stop to reconnect with your soul and breathe.

Mindful gymnastics
You don’t need special equipment or outfit for mindfulness practice. All you need is your body, and that’sit because in order to practice this kind of gymnastics you don’t even have to leave your office. All you have to do is to focus on your body and think of muscles you have. Turn around each wrist separately concentrating on feelings you have while doing this. Repeat the same action with your feet, then knees, toes, and fingers. Be aware of what you work up.

Practice gratitude
Happy life starts with gratitude you should feel every morning you wake up. A state of being grateful for everything you have and get is essential for pleased people. Say thank you for simple things people do to you every day, like a cup of cappuccino in the café, someone’s help at work or even someone’s presence in your life. Be thankful for that!
