Anambra Guber - INEC Tasks Observers On Accurate Reporting

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has charged local election observers taking part in tomorrow’s governorship election in Anambra State to play by the rules and avoid raising false alarm that could heat up the polity.

The state INEC Head of Voter Education, Mr Emanuel Owete, gave the charge at a training of election observers organised by the Independent Service Delivery Monitoring Group (ISDMG).

Mr. Owete said the trained observers should ensure they were not compromised by giving accurate report of what they observed during the election.
