HERO Origen Token - How to Join the Hero Token Sale

HERO originating from British Virgin Islands and described as The Future of Banking in Southeast Asia thereby Promoting Financial Inclusion, Transparency, and Efficiency in Southeast Asia, has been created to make both financial return and positive social impact. 

A Hero token represents the right to receive a reward, which is part of the interest income earned. It does not represent equity in the company nor have any intrinsic value. All tokens in aggregate will have the right to receive up to 20% of interest income.

Hero's mission is to make credit more readily available and affordable for the unbanked or underbanked, starting in Southeast Asia.

The Token Sale starts on February 1, 2018 at 8PM (GMT+8) and will end on February 28, 2018, 8PM (GMT+8). +10% extra tokens only on February 1 (Day2) and February 2 (Day3).

Creating Your Hero Dashboard

Step 1: Go to the Hero Dashboard Login page at membership.herotoken.io

Step 2: Click on “Sign up now” button.

Step 3: Choose a username and password for your account and enter your e-mail address. Fill in your first and last name then click on ‘Go to Ethereum Address’.

*Take note, you can only register an e-mail address once so be careful.

Step 4: Enter your public Ethereum address — this is where you will receive your Hero Tokens. Make sure your address is not from an Exchange! Once you enter an address here, you will no longer be able to change it or re-use it to create a new account. When you’re done, click on ‘Go To Privacy Policy’.

*Take note, you can easily create a public Ethereum address via MyEtherWallet (MEW) or MetaMask. Check out our tutorials here.

WARNING: Do not use an Ethereum address that came from an exchange. Any attempts to send ETH directly from an exchange (such as Coinbase, Kraken, Polioniex, etc.) during the sale will result in an inability to purchase Hero token, and your ETH may be permanently lost.

Step 5: Read through the Privacy Policy and tick the checkboxes to accept the declarations. Afterwards, click on ‘Go to Two Step Verification’.

Step 6: We strongly recommend activating a Two Step Verification feature using your Google Authenticator App. Otherwise, you may skip this step by ticking the checkbox below. Click on ‘Submit’ to proceed.

*Take note, you can still activate this any time in your dashboard Account Settings

Step 7: Congratulations! Your HERO Token Dashboard is officially active. You will now see the complete account details as well as information about the Token Sale. Below, you will see what each tab’s (on the left of your dashboard) function is.

About the Hero Token Dashboard

Dashboard Functionality

1. Buy Hero Token — This button will allow you to purchase Hero Tokens once the Pre-sale or Actual Token Sale becomes live. Be sure to check out our tutorials on How to Join The Hero Token Sale.
2. FAQs — This button will open up the panel for frequently asked questions.If there’s something you need to know fast, chances are you will find the answer here or at least be pointed in the right direction.
3. Account Status — This panel will show you what your current Identity Verification status is. You may still participate in the Token Sale even if your status is PENDING. But remember, you will need to reach account status VERIFIED in order to receive tokens after the sale.
4. My HERO Token Balance — This panel will show you exactly how much Hero Tokens you have. Note that Hero Tokens will only be issued to those with account status VERIFIED and balances will only reflect at the end of the Token Sale and Identity audit.
5. Announcements — The panels in here will show you the latest details regarding the Pre-sale, Actual Token Sale, and other important Hero announcements. Be sure to regularly check this area so you don’t miss out on any bonuses!
6. Join the Whitelist — This button will allow you to register for the upcoming Pre-sale. You will be re-directed to the Whitelist Registration Form. This button will only be active until the start of the Pre-sale.
7. Total Contribution — Here you will see exactly how much contributions the Hero Token Sale has accumulated.
8. Subscribe to Hero Newsletter — Click on this button to automatically sign up to receive regular newsletters from the Hero Team.

About the Pre-sale and Actually Token Sale

Pre-sale — In order to participate in the Pre-sale, you must first register via the Whitelist Registration Form. There are certain bonuses that participants during the Pre-sale will be entitled to which will not be available to anyone else. A minimum investment will be required for participants of the Pre-sale. Remember, do not send any contributions until the start of the Pre-sale because our system will automatically reject it and you will have paid for the gas unnecessarily.

Actual Token Sale — This will start after the Pre-sale closes but not immediately. There will be a marketing period before the actual token sale commences There will be no more minimum investment and no registration needed to participate. There will still be bonuses that will apply throughout the duration of the token sale.

About Account Verification

Hero Tokens will be issued at the end of the Token Sale and after the Identity Verification audit is completed. It would be best if you get your Hero Token Dashboard account status to at PENDING as soon as possible.

You need to complete the Identity Verification process in order to become eligible to receive Hero Tokens.

To do this you must fill out the necessary information on the Identity Verification tab on your Dashboard and upload any government issued national ID, driver’s license, or passport.

Once you submit all requirements, your account status will change from UNCONFIRMED to PENDING (basically means you are ready to be audited).

After you’re account passes the Identity audit after the Token Sale, you will be upgrade to account status VERIFIED. Only contributors who are VERIFIED will be eligible to receive HERO Tokens upon their issuance.

All accounts will be reviewed and verified after the end of the sale period. Hero Tokens will be issued afterwards.

Any contributions from participants that fail to confirm their account or fail to meet the eligibility requirements shall receive a refund only after the end of the token sale and completion of the audit.All accounts will be reviewed and verified before the token issuance. Tokens will only be issued to Confirmed Accounts after the end of the sale period and upon competition of the the ID validation process and audit process.

Any contributions from participants that fail to Confirm their Account and or fail to meet the eligibility requirements shall receive a refund only after the end of the token sale and completion of the audit.

NOTICE: Citizens and residents of United States of America are not eligible to participate in this token sale.
