The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 269 fresh cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in 18 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The development brings the total number of recorded cases in the country so far to 158,506.
NCDC made the announcement yesterday night while giving a report on daily cases via its official website.
The health agency also confirmed 5 deaths and 80 community recoveries in Kwara State.
