Meg Mathews, who is the ex-wife of English singer Noel Gallagher, left nothing to the imagination as she stripped completely naked ahead of her upcoming birthday. The soon-to-be 55-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to share the photo, displaying her ripped abs. She protected her dignity by using some strategically placed emojis to cover intimate regions. 
In a previous post, Meg showed herself working out with her personal trainer. She captioned the post: "Fitness..... Turning 55 in a few 12 days and it's only a number but muscle mass is so important my glutes and quads I work the hardest... "Watch this space, two months strip back and building muscle. The last year Richie Swan has saved my mind and fitness, without him I don't know where I would be today and start March 8... when the gyms and classes are open. ""Do what you enjoy, mix it up..."
