Chelsea are keen on landing Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund this summer, but Thomas Tuchel could prove to be a factor in failing to land him, BILD reports.
Tuchel is a big admirer of Haaland and he has instructed the Blues’ board to sign the Norway striker.
Chelsea, however, could be thwarted because of Tuchel’s connection to his former club.
Tuchel didn’t leave Dortmund on the best terms and it is believed that could impact Chelsea’s hopes of signing Haaland.
Dortmund chiefs are reluctant to sell Haaland to a side coached by Tuchel and it is claimed it’s “very unlikely” he will be allowed to move to Stamford Bridge.
Haaland is Europe’s hottest property having scored 33 goals in just 31 appearances across all competitions this season.
