Bayern Munich’s David Alaba has reached an agreement to join Real Madrid this summer, according to Sky Sports.
Alaba will put pen to paper on a five-year deal with the LaLiga side, that will keep him in Spain until the summer of 2026.
The defender refused to sign a contract extension with the Bundesliga champions and is now set to depart after almost 11 years.
The 28-year-old will now leave as a free agent at the end of this season.
Barcelona were also in the running to sign Alaba, but the Austrian has decided to sign for their eternal rivals instead.
