LaLiga champions, Real Madrid, have decided to sell on-loan Arsenal stars, Dani Ceballos and Martin Odegaard, this summer transfer window, according to The Times.
Zinedine Zidane’s side needs to improve their finances if they are to compete in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland this summer, and as a result, the Los Blancos are willing to offload both Ceballos and Odegaard at the end of the season.
Real Madrid are also looking to sell Gareth Bale, Luka Jovic and Brahim Diaz, who are also out on loan.
Ceballos is currently in his second season with Arsenal, having been initially signed on a one-year loan deal during former manager Unai Emery’s regime.
Odegaard, in the meantime, joined Arsenal on loan in January for the remainder of this season.
Both Ceballos and Odegaard failed to secure a regular role under Zidane at the Santiago Bernabeu.
But they have been impressive for Arsenal so far this joining the Emirates club.
The duo will hope to feature for Mikel Arteta’s side when they host Liverpool in the Premier League this weekend.
