The Deputy Governor of Abia State, Rt. Hon Ude Oko Chukwu has commended his boss, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu for the all-round cordial relationship and synergy existing between them.
He reaffirmed his genuine commitment to continually support and cooperate with Ikpeazu in all his efforts to deliver robust and good democratic governance to the people of the State and entire Nigeria.
The commendation was contained in a statement by the Deputy Governor and made available to newsmen, in Umuahia, on Sunday, by his Chief Press Secretary, Obasi Okibeh Onwukah, felicitating with Governor Ikpeazu on the occasion of 57th Birthday, on Monday.
Oko Chukwu noted that it was quite exciting to be part of the government of Abia, under the watch of Governor Ikpeazu since 2015, especially for its landmark achievements in all sectors of the Abia economy which have significantly changed the face and fortunes of the State for the better.
According to him, there are a thousand and one plausible reasons to thank and appreciate God for the clean bill of health he has blessed the State Chief Executive with, adding that his entire family is leveraging God’s divine assurance to boldly declare that Kinetic Governor will celebrate many more glorious birthdays ahead in stronger and healthier condition.
The Abia Deputy Governor, while congratulating on the occasion of his 57th birthday anniversary celebration, prayed God Almighty to uphold and strengthen him in all that he does to positively and successfully take Abia State to greater heights to the glory of God and for the common good of humanity.
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday felicitated with Governor Ikpeazu on the occasion of his 57th birthday anniversary.
The President joined the entire Ikpeazu family, their friends and associates to celebrate the Abia Governor.
This was disclosed in a statement by Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, on Sunday.
