Former Real Madrid striker, Michael Owen, has predicted today’s UEFA Champions League, UCL, fixtures between Manchester United and Atalanta at Old Trafford.
Owen also predicted Chelsea’s home Champions League clash with Malmo at Stamford Bridge.
Providing his predictions, Owen told BetVictor, “This feels like a season-defining game for United.
“Their form hasn’t been great and after that defeat to Leicester at the weekend, the pressure is massively on Solskjaer here.
“I am expecting a brilliant atmosphere at Old Trafford and think Atalanta might struggle to deal with it. I don’t think it will be emphatic, but I think United will win 2-1.”
Commenting on the Chelsea vs Malmo game, Owen said, “After losing to Juventus in their last group game, Chelsea will be wanting a straightforward win here. Malmo are yet to claim a point or score a goal and I can’t see that changing here.
“I fancy a 2-0 win for Thomas Tuchel’s Blues.”
The kick-off time for all the games is 8 pm.
