Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba has sent a touching message to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after the Norwegian was sacked by the club.

Solskjaer was sacked as Manchester United manager on Sunday, following an embarrassing Premier League 4-1 defeat to Watford on Saturday.

The 48-year-old leaves Old Trafford after five defeats in seven Premier League fixtures as Michael Carrick temporarily takes charge of Man United’s first team until an interim manager is appointed.

Reacting, Pogba, in a post via his Instagram account, thanked Solskjaer for all the good moments they had together at Man United.

The France international also wished Solskjaer all the best in the future.

“All the best, boss!” Pogba wrote as he posted a photo of himself with Solskjaer from earlier this season.

“Thanks for all the good moments.”

Pogba is currently sidelined with a thigh injury sustained on international duty with France.

The midfielder is expected to return to action for Man United in January.
Pogba, who helped Man United finish second in the Premier League last season, is yet to sign a contract with the club.

His current contract with Man United will expire at the end of the season.
