Police in Jigawa State has arrested two suspected thieves over alleged stolen mobile network facilities.
Spokesman of the command, ASP Lawan Shiisu Adam disclosed this in a press statement issued to DAILY POST.
He said police received the report on 23/10/2021 from one of the security men, that at about 02:00hrs, unknown gang of thieves trespassed into a 9mobile site at Madobi Village in Dutse LGA and stole nine (9) back-up batteries.
He explained that after getting the information, police swung into action and successfully apprehended two (2) suspects with the exhibits in their possession.
Shiisu Said one of the suspects is from Bauchi State, the other one came from Plateau State while the vehicle used in stealing the batteries was also intercepted in Bauchi State.
He said investigation is going and effort is on top gear to arrest the remaining suspects.
