And if anyone goes contrary to that, he slaughters such victim or orders the person to be thrown into the lake of fire. He made his palace the supreme court where all cases are resolved; of which he was the judge and perverts justice at will. King Igbudu also had spiritual powers to appear and disappear. He conquered all nations and kingdoms that have ever engaged in battle with him. His power, fame, wealth and influence grew to the extent of making Kings and Queens of other nations, consecrating Priests and Bishops, gifting teachers professorship and more.
People commenced traveling from all the parts of the world with their problems and heavy laden to seek solution at the feet of this powerful king; such as a man with leprosy (played by Ikechukwu Ogbu) who was healed of his disease with this King's medicine administered by his right hand man and Chief of Amry (played by Greg Ogochukwu) who is the only access to the king and dispenses King's instructions.
The king also clothed a tattered lady (played Blessing Benjamin) who had no clothes with expensive dresses and money.
He declared Operation feed the world from his inexhaustible barn because of a hungry lady (played by Osunlana Oluwafemi) who came to palace in need of food.
There was also a case of an uneducated lady (played by Adaeze Odogwu) who came in search first degree, he crowned her with degrees up to Ph.D. level.
One day, a barren woman (played by Vivian Amah) came for a child. The king did all he could to give her a child, but all to no avail. He was so furious, palpitating up and down. At the verge of his brags, a loud voice of God (played by Obinna Akalazu) came with wild wind from heaven and bent him into submission.
Immediately, an angel (played by David kings) appeared and gave the barren woman a beautiful baby girl (played by baby Goodness Ibeagha) King Igbudu and his Chief of Army surrendered with rivers of tears to Almighty God who alone can really do all things indeed; Who alone can give and take life. EFCC stormed Ogboko arrested Rochas Okorocha, his wife Nkechi Okorocha, Gerald Okorocha and Okey Okorocha. The commission also sealed his Eastern Palm University Ogboko.
The National Industrial Court, Abuja, on Thursday ordered the immediate reinstatement of Mounir Gwarzo, the suspended Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), back to his position.
Justice Sanusi Kado, in his judgment, held that the minister of finance, named as the second defendant in the suit, lacked the power to suspend the claimant.
Mr Kado, who dismissed three issues raised by defence counsel through their preliminary objection, ruled that the suit was not status barred.
He held that since there was a cause of action in the claimant’s suit, he (the claimant) had the right to commence the suit by way of originating summon.
Mr Kado further held that the issue in dispute was not about the position of the claimant as the DG of the Commission, the bone of contention was who had the power to suspend him.
The judge held that the second defendant (Minister of Finance) did not have the power to suspend the claimant since he was not an employee of the commission.
He said that the minister, in the absence of the board, only had supervisory power, which does not include disciplinary power to suspend the DG.
Mr Kado held that it was only the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, on the directive of the president, who had the power of suspension.
For emphasis, he said, “the minister’s role was that of recommendation.”
Mr Kado, in addition, said the Administrative Panel of Inquiry that indicted the claimant was not a court of law; neither was it a quasi-judicial body, but just a body set up for a fact-finding duty.
He, therefore, declared that the suspension of the claimant was null, void and of no effect.
Mr Kado also declared that the recommendation of the Administrative Panel of Inquiry set up by the second defendant, be set aside.
The judge then ordered the reinstatement of the claimant as the DG of SEC to complete his five-year tenure.
He further ordered that the claimant’s salaries, allowances and entitlements accrued should be paid to him in full.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Kemi Adeosun, the former finance minister, on November 29, 2017, suspended Mr Gwarzo and set up an administrative panel of inquiry to investigate allegations of financial impropriety levelled against him.
NAN also reports that Mr Gwarzo was accused of collecting severance package worth N104.85 million while still in service in violation of the civil service rules.
The minister said Mr Gwarzo was suspended from office to allow for an unhindered investigation.
NAN reports that Mr Gwarzo however, in June 2018 approached the court to challenge his suspension.
He sought for various reliefs from the defendant amongst which was an order of the court reinstating him as the DG of the Commission.
He also sought for an order of the court for the payment of all his entitlements, emoluments, allowances and other perquisites of the office of DG of SEC for the entire period he was under suspension.
Mr Gwarzo equally sought for an order of court setting aside the entire proceedings of the Administrative Panel of Inquiry constituted by the minister.
NAN further reports that the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) had charged Mr Gwarzo along with an Executive Commissioner in the commission, Zakawanu Garuba.
They were arraigned on a five-count charge of alleged misappropriation to the tune of about N115 million and conferment of corrupt advantage on a public officer.
Justice Hussein Baba Yusuf of FCT High Court, Maitama however, on April,16 discharged Mr Gwarzo of the alleged charge.
Joined in the suit as co-defendants, were SEC, Minister of Finance and Attorney- General of the Federation.

Confusion has overtaken the political atmosphere of Imo state, over the demolition of the Akachi tower, built by the immediate past governor, Rochas Okorocha, along Akachi road in Owerri.
However, security agents have taken over the location of the Akachi tower thereby stopping the demolition.
While an eyewitness told our source that the demolition was carried out by the agents of the new government of Emeka Ihedioha, others were of the view that the land on which the Akachi tower was built was forcefully collected from the original owners who on their own decided to carry out the demolition.
According to one Onyenso, “We saw some people last night they were in two Hilux vehicles and some security people. They came and moved around the tower and later drove off.
“Just this afternoon, as we are working on our site, we saw a group of people they came with a caterpillar, and they ordered the man in the caterpillar to start pulling down the Akachi tower.
“They were shouting a new government has emerged and we are taking what belongs to us nobody can stop us. There is a new government, old things shall pass away and give way for a new thing.”
A source who did not want his name mentioned said,
“Let me tell you the truth my brother, I think you are a journalist, this land is not a government land it belongs to some people.
“But what I am seeing here today is like some people are angry they want to take laws into their hand. With the way this thing has started anything can happen at anytime. The government must be guided and be careful of those using their name to take actions. This is taking a very bad shape whether you like it or not.”
