I’m indeed so happy for yet another successful cycle and ready to converge into yet another cycle. Wow! It’s my Birthday today. I've been unconsciously thinking about all the awesome things that have been happening in my life from January till this very moment and all the wonderful people I hold so dear.

I’m Thankful to God for Making Me a Solution to Many | Successful In Anything That’s Under My Care | For Putting My Life In Order | For Making My Life So Easy | A Man Of Integrity | Outspoken And Loving. Someone once asked what’s gonna be my plans for my birthday, I said to pray for Nigeria, Below the cut is what I pray for. Join Me.....
Father God, I thank you for Your fidelity to the people of Nigeria. I thank You Lord that, despite manifold conflicts, Nigeria is still one nation – a nation rich and diverse in languages and cultures.
 I thank You for endowing the land and people of Nigeria with an abundance of human and natural resources, for this surely is "a land flowing with milk and honey".
I thank You Father for those parts of Nigeria where religious freedom and freedoms of the press, Expression and association are respected, and I pray these continue to be upheld and promoted throughout the nation.
I thank You Lord for the success in gradually eradicating all acts of injustice, bribery and corruption that blight the people of Nigeria; acts that leave many people hungry, sick, ignorant and defenseless, and that leave a nation trapped in stagnation.
Father I ask that every Nigerian should imbibe a true spirit of patriotism. I pray that Christians and Muslims alike will collaborate in nation-building by embracing the positive values found in their faiths, especially love, compassion, justice and peace.
I praise You Lord for an expanding local Church, and I pray for an outpouring of your grace such that the mission of the Church in Nigeria abounds in love, so that the Gospel might penetrate the hearts of all Nigerians, and even those in nations beyond.
I pray especially for the formation of our youths and the provision of a new generation of fervent and faithful priests. Finally Lord, I thank You for those brothers and sisters in Nigeria who have paid the ultimate price for their faith, through the sacrifice of their lives. I ask you to strengthen, comfort and console their loved ones in their absence, and to bring renowned faith, hope and love through the shedding of their blood.
Father, I never loved politics, but I believe you made a Leader and their Subjects thereby ordaining the role of Leadership even in the Old Testament.
I’m not in any way biased as to who sits wherever but I’m after his/her effectiveness and diligence towards achieving his quota and promise. I never forget this;

When Man Works, Man Works; When Man Prays, God Works.

The ministry of the children of God is not doing but praying, not strategizing, but prostrate before God seeking His will, not clever strategies for manipulating people and events but trusting in God who moves in the hearts of even His most implacable enemies. Through prayer Nebuchadnezzar, and today’s dictators get converted, Manasseh’s and today’s persecutors repent and kingdoms of Babylon and Iron Curtains are torn down. We do not engage in ministry and pray for God’s blessing on it, prayer is the ministry from which all other ministries must flow.

Psalm 2 reveals the Father’s Great Commission to His Son and how the destiny of nations is tied in with their rejection of or submission to His Kingly Son. Look at the command and promises of Ps 2:8.
'Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron, And dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.'
Prayer Not Only Changes People, Situations And Even The Course Of History, But Also Those Who Pray! It Is Dangerous For The Enemy And Also 'Dangerous' For You.

There is always a price to pay to be a person who stands in the gap in prayer. That price may mean becoming an answer to your own prayers in giving time, finances and even going out as a witness in your Jerusalem (where you now live), your Judea (your own country), your Samaria (the other ethnic groups in your own country) or even to the ends of the earth. My prayer is that many will give their whole lives for this most noble of causes – to obey Jesus’ last command in making disciples of all nations and so ready the Church and the world for the grand climax of His glorious return.

I make my sincere and heartfelt prayer through Christ, Our Lord.

Amen

Yours Faithfully,
