This roast is combined with vegetables to make a healthy veggie/meat combination served with or without broth.

Ingredients:
3-4 lbs Pork Roast
1 stick Butter
Pinch of Sage
2 Medium Onion, sliced
2 Small Bell Pepper, sliced
6 Large Potatoes, peeled and quartered
dash A1 Steak Sauce
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Your Choice of Seasoning
Directions:
- In a saucepan, melt 1 stick of butter.
- With lid on pot, brown pork roast on both sides.
- Then cover roast with water; bring to a boil, cut heat down to medium low.
- Add salt and pepper to taste then cook until tender.
- Allow the roast to cool in the stock.
- Add 1 medium onion, 1 small bell pepper, 6 large potatoes, dash A-1 sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until potatoes are done.
