The 2016 Africa Movie Academy Awards designed to celebrate the best of the best in African film sector which was held last night, Saturday, June 11, 2016, at Dr. Obi Wali Event Centre, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, and had in attendance lots of Nollywood stars and Entertainment gurus
The awards night was hosted by Mike Ezuruonye, Chris Attoh, and Kgopedia Lioane. Celebrities spotted at the event include Juliet Ibrahim, Richard Mofe Damijo, Omoni Oboli, Joke Silva, Olu Jacobs, Enyinna Nwigwe, C.J Fiery Obasi, Doris Simeon, Saidi Balogun, Aneke Twins, Governor Nyesom Wike, Senator David Mark, Lai Mohammed, Queen Okoye, Eniola Badmus among others.
