Trumps First 100 Days in Office - Signs Order To Start Building Border Wall With Mexico

As promised during his campaign, Donald Trump has ordered the start of his proposed border wall with Mexico - that experts say could cost up to $25 billion.

In an interview with ABC Today, the President claimed construction would start "within months" and Mexico would pay "100%" of the costs back. Mexico has repeatedly said it will not pay for the wall. "We'll be reimbursed at a later date from whatever transaction we make from Mexico,
