This is indeed another victory as Anambra State ranks top in e-Government Implementation in Nigeria.

According to a Certification from the National Council on Communication Technology endorsed by the Hon Minister of Communications, Anambra under the able leadership of Gov Willie Obiano is Nigeria's First Runner Up State in e-Government Implementation.

This and many more evidence the fact that Anambra is on the rise!
