EASTER RECIPE - Spinach Chicken Roulade

Amazing recipe for fish! Try it with this great combination of flavor. It's super easy to make and it's delicious!


Servings: 1 | Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 25 mins
Total Time: 35 mins
Ingredients:
1 tspCumin
1 tspDill
1 tspChili Powder
1 tspLemon Juice
2 tspCracked Black Pepper
1Whole White Fish
1 tspOlive Oil




Directions:
  1. Marinate the fish with lemon juice, garlic, cumin, dill, chili powder, cracked black pepper and salt. 
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cooking.
  3. After fish is marinated, place on an aluminium foil sheet, squeeze lemon juice on top. 
  4. Fold aluminum foil over fish and bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes (or until fish develops a crust and is cooked through).
