Chris Brown was wanted on a felony battery warrant from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s office and was reportedly arrested moments after a concert in Florida late Thursday for the outstanding warrant.
The singer had just wrapped up a show at the Coral Sky Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach when he jumped into the police cruiser
He was released after paying a $2,000 bond, the station said.
The singer has been in legal trouble before, most notably regarding a domestic violence incident with then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
