Nigeria's digital publishing company, Publiseer has been selected to pitch at the Greentree pitch day on the 13th of July, 2018, taking place 9am at Co-Creation Hub, 6th Floor, 294 Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. The founder of Publiseer, Chidi Nwaogu, will pitch for 10mins about Publiseer and take questions from the audience for 5mins.
The pitch event is hosted by Greentree Investment, an early-stage investment company looking to invest a maximum of $200,000 and a minimum of $20,000 - $35,000 in promising tech companies. Startups that will be pitching on the Greentree Startup Lab Demo Day at CcHub are operating in financial technology, e-commerce, media, mobile apps, enterprise software and data space. All startups are generating revenue, plan to achieve positive cash flow within 6 to 12 months of the investment, and targeting a global market.
Publiseer is a digital publishing platform tailored to meet the growing needs of independent African writers and musicians from low-income communities. Nevertheless, Publiseer is home to several A-list Nigerian musicians, DJs and producers, international musical artists and famous writers. As of writing, the profitable company has distributed and monetized over 500 creative works of over 250 writers and musicians worldwide.
