Exclusive Interview With ACE Comedian - Kelvin Sapp

 Hello viewers, it took us a while to meet ace Comedian Kelvin Sapp but finally we got him to sit down as #Team_Colossus interviews him in just 10 minutes.

• May We Meet You Sir?

Yes! My name is Kelvin Sapp, also known as a Psalmist

• How Did You Start Your Career?

I started my carrier at a tender age of 10, I started singing in the church junior choir, then I moved into the senior choir, where I served for a long while and was given the position of a choir coordinator, and since then i have continually served in God's vineyard on various capacity, in 2008 proceeded to delta state university Oleh campus, where I attained diploma in law, during my study there, I was a member of the renown Anglican student fellowship and I was the music & choir director. 

After my diploma study, I proceeded to the National Open University where I continued my llb in law, however I sought for more knowledge, this passion made me apply for direct entry admission into the Delta State University, where I regained admission into the faculty of arts, international studies to be precise. 

• How Have You Gone So far?

I have risen on different levels in my carrier, and my major source of growth has been and will always Be  God, by his grace I have two audio comedy CD accrued to my name.

Doing comedy and music on same grounds as been the grace of God, the peculiarity about my personality is the Grace of God on my life, my kind of comedy and my kind of music  I do music comedy, that's why am popularly known as the MiuCom [music comedian]. I am registered under a company name known as Power House Entertainment, duly registered under the cooperate affairs commission, the quorum comprises of three founding  members namely Mr Ajiri Afimoni {chairman BOT}, Mr Onosakponome Cyril kome {event manager coordinator and  planning} and I my humble self. This company is has its headquater office located in delta state. 

• Who Inspires You? Mentors And Role Models?

My mentors are men with Great minds both living and dead, in the music industry, I mentor a whole lot of persons like T.D Jakes, Micah Stampley, Donnie, Frank Edward {my idol}, Smokie Norful, J Mmoss, Isreal and the New Breed, and all good gospel artist in the world. And in comedy I mentor my late Oga gospel artist in the world, whom I learnt a lot from while he was alive, funny enough I didn't meet him in person, but I love him and his memory will always live on with me, Late C.D JOHN, others are Basket Mouth, Gordons, AY, Gandoki, and host of others in the comedy industry.  

• Any Awards Yet?

I was nominated as SSU best comedian of the year 2013, and in 2014 I got an award as best male vocalist of the year by FUPRE

•  Where Do You See Yourself In Next 3 Years From Now Sir?

I aim only for the top, I see myself in the next 3years as a world class artist, visiting different countries in the world and using my comedy and music to minister grace to many persons of different classes. My name is Kelvinsapp, D Miucom. My journey has just began.

•  Tell Us About Your Songs?

Meanwhile, I just dropped two gospel songs which are making hits around Nigeria. With titles OBARISI meaning {king of kings} and Hale Hale, which I featured Ebisco a friend of mine, he also produced the song.

• We Hear You Have A Brother, Is That True?

Kelvinsapp has only one brother in the whole industry, his name is Young Chief and the world has not seen anything yet, we are out for a difference.

• What Are Your Encouragement And Advice To Upcoming Gospel/Comedy Artists Worldwide?

My encouragement to those young ones out there is be focused and serve God, cause with God all things are POSSIBLE‎
