Antoine Griezmann knocked in a brace, as France made it to the final of the Euros on home soil. The Atletico forward scored from the spot on the stroke of halftime, after Schweinsteiger handled the ball inside the box.
Germany were in control for most of the match against France. But Griezmann was on target again, when Neuer punched Paul Pogba’s cross straight into his path, with the Frenchman firing into an empty net.
France will face Portugal in the final of the showpiece event on Sunday. Portugal beat Wales 2-0 to make it to the final.
