Barcelona superstar, Lionel Messi allegedly lost his manners in yesterday’s Super Cup 2nd leg match against rival, Real Madrid when he pushed Sergio Ramos for keeping the ball away from him.

It was a night to forget for Barcelona as they were easily beaten by Real Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup by bitter rivals Real Madrid. The Catalan giants were beaten 5-1 over two legs, the final result confirmed by a 2-0 loss at the Bernabeu on Wednesday night.

Even Lionel Messi, who scored a famous Clasico winner at the ground just four months ago, had to bear the brunt of Real's dominance.

Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos needs no invitation to wind up Barca and did not waste the opportunity. Midway through the second half with Real cruising to the first piece of silverware of the new season, Ramos decided the moment had come.

As Messi asked him for the ball back, Ramos extended his arm out, suggesting he was about to give the Argentine the ball, before chucking it away as his opponent reached in to grab it.

Sergio Ramos extended his arm out, suggesting he was about to give Lionel Messi the ballBut the Real Madrid defender then chucked the ball away, to the anger of the Barca star

With Barcelona 2-0 down at the time and facing a 5-1 aggregate defeat, the Argentine international was not amused by Ramos throwing the ball playfully over his head as he tried to take a quick free-kick.

With a look of sheer indignation on his face, Messi stared back at the opposing captain, before uttering the Spanish phrase 'La concha de tu madre' in his direction.

In English, it translates into the expletive-laden rant: 'Your mother's c***'.

The incident compounded a sorry night for Ernesto Valverde's side, who were beaten by goals from Marco Asensio and Karim Benzema.
