Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has admitted he has a ‘gripe’ with midfielder, Paul Pogba after the Frenchman missed an excellent chance in their 3-1 win over Tottenham on Sunday.

Son Heung-min of Spurs fired the home side ahead a few minutes to half-time after Edinson Cavani’s goal was ruled out for a foul.

But the Red Devils came from the break scoring three goals through Fred, Cavani and Mason Greenwood to secure a 3-1 win.

Pogba had a clear-cut chance in the second half to extend their lead but opted for an elaborate backheel which was blocked.

And the Norwegian boss said he would continue to pester Pogba until he starts making use of chances in front of goal.

“Yeah, he’s getting better and better, excellent,’ Solskjaer told beIN Sports.

“He should have scored though, he should’ve volleyed it in.

“And that’s my gripe with him and I’ll keep pestering him on that.”

Solskjaer also said that it is not impossible to catch up with Manchester City who sit eleven points clear at the top of the table.

“It’s not theoretically impossible, but it would take a lot and it would take a miracle, but sometimes miracles happen,” said Solskjaer.
